　　How you will make an impact

　　Update general ledger

　　Update Accounts Payable

　　Handle Accounts Receivable

　　Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Draw up cash flow projections, as needed

　　Govern monthly accounting close

　　Extra unique tasks if required

　　Help with monthly accounting close

　　Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Sort sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments Requirements - Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Considerable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredVow to meet business deadlines

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

　　Foundational knowledge in general ledger

　　Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

　　Strong familiarity with ERISA employee benefits

　　Office Administration experience

　　Be detailed, flexible, and organized

　　Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well

　　Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

　　Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
