Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to become a part of our Financial Services team based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Payable invoices.

• Generate and post journal entries to the general ledger as part of the accounting functions.

• Use Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for maintaining records and performing cash flow analysis.

• Provide answers and guidance to staff queries related to duties and financial processes.

• Comply with and maintain knowledge of SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• In-depth understanding of all Accounting Functions is necessary

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is essential

• Familiarity with managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed

• Ability to prepare the Annual Budget is crucial

• Skilled in conducting Cash Flow Analysis

• Knowledge of SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley is a must
