  As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

  Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

  Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

  Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.

  Assist in managing room reservations and availability, maximizing room revenue, and implementing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.

  Monitor and maintain guest accounts, ensuring accuracy of charges and payments.

  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams.

  Prepare reports and analyze data related to front desk operations, occupancy, and revenue.

  Assist in implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of guests and employees.

  Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in front office management, customer service, and hospitality technology.

  Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

  Preferably candidates with pre-opening hotel experience.

  Previous experience in hotel front office operations or a similar role.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

  Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.

  Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations systems, and guest service standards.

  Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

  Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest accounts and financial transactions.

  Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
