　　Position Summary:

　　Manage all aspects of the front office department, tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations 

　　Develop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and complete your work.

　　Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts by negotiating with relevant parties

　　Be an approachable and confident leader by providing comfort and support to the team

　　Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel part of the Four Points team

　　Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest services, operational needs and financial objectives are met

　　Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, have a sense of the local to exceed guest expectations

　　Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings

　　Understand the impact of the department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manage to achieve or exceed goals.

　　About You:

　　Experience with OPERA property management system or similar

　　Relevant experience in a similar managerial role

　　Working rights in Australia
