　　A Receptionist, or Front Office Host, is responsible for performing clerical tasks within the front desk setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to other departments, sorting and delivering mail to colleagues and welcoming guests when they arrive...

　　Qualifications:

　　Warmly welcome customers on their arrival with thoughtfulness and attention and assist them with check-in formalities.

　　Show, if busy, a sign of welcome (Smile, Look, ....etc).

　　Prepare welcome cards and keys for guests' arrival.

　　Provide all necessary information to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay at the hotel.

　　Register guests on the OPERA system.

　　Prepare and ensure strict control of room keys.

　　Ensure that Hyatt's operational standards and norms are respected and applied.

　　Respond to customer and guest requests and ensure that the necessary follow-up is implemented.

　　Handle customer requests and follow up with various departments (Housekeeping, Restaurants, Room Service, Spa...Etc).

　　Take customer requests into consideration and respond to them as quickly as possible.

　　Guarantee the quality of services offered to guests.
