　　Your day to day

　　Every day is different , but you’ll mostly be:

　　· Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest welcomes

　　· Deep knowledge of service standards and sequence of service

　　· In charge of your area by taking orders, managing guests needs and receiving payments

　　· Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, offering the appropriate service. Focus on food allergies and intolerance

　　· Understanding POS system

　　· Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, public areas, making recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed

　　· Reporting to Restaurant Manager / Assistant

　　What we need from you

　　· Good knowledge of food and beverage with an emphasis in wines.

　　· Experience of 1 year or more within the food and beverage department, with the same role in a luxury hotel

　　· Able to work under pressure

　　· Friendly and positive with a flexible approach

　　· Good communication skills and genuine approach with our guests

　　· Good problem-solving skills that will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories

　　· Fluency in the Italian & English language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential

　　· Familiarity with Symphony PMS and Restaurant reservations system
