Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experience Philanthropy Program Manager reporting to the President/VP of Philanthropy of the Northridge Hospital Foundation (NHF) The Philanthropy Program Manager is responsible for the overall interaction and communication with donors Board members and key constituents. Additionally the Philanthropy Program Manager is responsible for ensuring proficiency within the fundraising areas and program applications to provide for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the foundation's initiatives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and potential supporters.
Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and activities to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the foundation's leadership team to identify funding priorities and opportunities.
Prepare compelling grant proposals, reports, and presentations for prospective donors.
Research and identify new funding prospects to expand the foundation's donor base.
Ensure accurate and timely donor acknowledgment and recognition.
Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of not-for-profit fundraising and development experience required.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field required or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
Knowledge of Raisers Edge CRM Blackbaud
LA City Fire Safety card.

Pay Range
$31.94 - $46.31 /hour
