Hypower is currently seeking an Electrical Foreman to join our team in the Melbourne area!

The wage range for this position is $30/hr - $35/hr based on experience and qualifications.

Eight or more years of electrical experience

Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A valid Florida State or County Journeyman or Master Electrician license

Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking.

Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, and consistently follow up on progress.

Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data
