Brown and Caldwell is looking for a strategic BusinessDevelopment/Client Service Manager with an established track record ofmarketing, winning, and executing projects and programs in the Food &Beverage sector. This position is fully remote, with the option to comein to any of our 30 offices across the nation and will require about 30%travel. The work we do is interesting,challenging and wide-ranging in nature, and so is our client base.Detailed Description: The Client Service Manager (CSM) is highlyrecognized and regarded in Brown and Caldwell and would be responsiblefor managing and growing compliance, permitting, site investigation andremediation work for multiple food & beverage client accounts.Characteristics of the CSM include the proven ability to generate andsustain significant revenue from environmental, water resource, andengineering projects, in the food & beverage sector. As CSM, you will bepart of a team of project managers and technical staff performing thework for existing and new food & beverage clients. Our successfulcandidate will maintain and expand their exceptional relationships withclients, including locally and nationally. You will have the ability tonavigate and align the client organization with BC\'s Team of expertsand resources, provide oversight on technical assignments, ensureprofitable performance and superior quality, and exceed clientexpectations. Additional Job Responsibilities: Lead and createsustainable business development and delivery capabilities for thesector. Establish industry leadership for Brown and Caldwell servicesamong the food & beverage sector. Develop personal relationships withtarget client\'s key personnel, and in areas of sector growth. Maintainexceptional client relationships while navigating and aligning theclient\'s organization with BC\'s team of experts and resources Serve asa key leader in client organization associations, and professionalengineering circles Lead and contribute to the firm\'s marketing, salesand overall business success.
