　　Job Description:

　　The person in this position is responsible for providing technical compliance assistance to lenders and lending staff to assist all lending staff in complying with the Flood Disaster Protection Act. General duties will include assisting in the development and implementation of flood insurance related policy and procedures as they relate to all portfolio loans.

　　In additional to the primary responsibility of providing flood insurance support, the person in this position will provide back up assistance to the Real Estate Compliance Specialist and the Compliance Officer - Lending by providing support to lending staff in other regulatory areas, including but not limited to the following:

　　Regulation Z - Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Higher Priced Mortgage Loan (HPML) requirements

　　Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
