　　Who We Need:

　　We’re looking for helpful associates who don’t want to be tied to a single location. You will frequently travel between several local branches and pitch in when needed. Our “regional tellers” are critical, full-time teammates who make sure nearby bank branches are ready to serve customers when they’re ready for us. We’ll provide on-the-job training in teller skills. Hiring immediately!

　　Your Typical Day:

　　Welcome all bank visitors with a warm and friendly smile

　　Listen to customers and understand their needs

　　Educate customers on products and services

　　Accurately and efficiently process teller transactions

　　Support operational needs such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfer, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and compliance-related tasks

　　Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand

　　Complete other related duties as assigned

　　Education and Experience Required:

　　High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

　　Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including either data entry or cash handling experience

　　Able to travel between local bank branches, as needed

　　Education and Experience Preferred:

　　Verbal communication, interpersonal skills, customer service, well-organized, time management, prioritization, comfort with technology (internet-user level)

　　Bilingual ability is not required but is a strong plus depending on location
