　　Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2024 Operations Intern to work with Operations on specific assignments related to affordability and production related project management.

　　In this role, you will work in close coordination with Operations leadership and support teams. You will support the tracking of cost reduction initiatives, database management, and planning for the implementation of pipeline ideas. Interns will gain exposure into Operations across Final Assembly and Flight Operations, assisting with solving problems and incorporating those solutions into implementation plans.

　　Assignments will be in a cross-functional team environment encompassing a full range of product / project management activities.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Currently Pursuing BS Program in Engineering

　　• Must be on-site 80% of the time

　　• Must have completed two years of coursework from in an accredited program

　　• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

　　• Strong problem solving and communication skills

　　Desired Skills:

　　• Minimum 3.0 GPA Desired but Not Required

　　• Technical & problem solving skills

　　• Working across multiple functional groups

　　• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS

　　• Experience with process Improvement implementation

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
