As the Flex Central Strategy and Sustainability Program Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shepherd a cross-functional suite of teams through annual planning cycles while also diving deep to own emerging functions and initiatives to decarbonize Flex operations.As the single threaded planning cycle owner, you will design and drive mechanisms that guide Flex regional operations teams, and central product, tech and business teams through the annual strategic planning cycles to identify and prioritize the most pressing initiatives. In this capacity, you will draft process frameworks and communicate guidelines; set up and manage the tools to intake strategic requests; plan and coordinate stakeholder and leadership review sessions; develop strategy templates and ultimately support or author strategic documents critical for the organization. This bird's eye view of the business will provide valuable context for the sustainability scope in your purview where you will drive improvements in key sustainability metrics, reporting and forecasting processes and capabilities. As sustainability opportunities emerge, you will use data and industry knowledge to scope and execute new strategies that reduce the environmental impact of Flex deliveries while improving the DP experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
