The hours are 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.Job Responsibilities The Fleet Technician (So.-No Grp. #) performs thefollowing duties: Maintains, repairs, and services vehicles andequipment that are essential to other work groups to ensure that theyare safe, functional, and available when needed and in accordance withDOT regulations Performing troubleshooting and diagnosing current orpotential vehicle and equipment malfunctions Temporary or permanentrepairs and component rebuilding on trucks, construction, automotive andauxiliary equipment Preventative maintenance Miscellaneous duties asrequired or assigned Current pay range: \$28.91-\$48.18/hr; subject tochange based on union contract (starting rate will be based onexperience level). Minimum Experience Required Applicant must have aminimum of two years\' experience as an automotive or truck mechanicwithin the past four years Applicant must have a valid driver\'s licenseand meet the company\'s requirements for driving. The selected applicantmust obtain a commercial driver\'s license (CDL) within 90 days of entryinto the job. The applicant must comply with DOT commercial driver\'slicense (CDL) drug and alcohol testing requirements.
