SKID STEER OPERATOR                                                                                       KISSIMMEE, FL or surrounding area

The immediate duties are backfilling, digging, loam/gravel spreading, sloping, banking, trenching, and grading . 　　Responsibilities:

　　Ability to drive and operate Bobcats

　　Experience in proper excavations and land drillings

　　Knowledge in excavating according to the accurate measurement of the depth of the excavation

　　Understanding of loading, unloading and transport procedures for equipment

　　Experience digging up stones and other debris

　　Must be able to diagnose and perform daily maintenance on the equipment. I.e.: Change Hoses, Preventive maintenance, Oil Changes, Change Bulbs, Change Tires and/or tracks, Grease & Clean Machinery daily

　　Knowledge of compaction requirements for ground conditions or customer needs

　　Requirements:

　　2-3 recent years’ experience of “hands-on” experience with tools or heavy equipment

　　Must have a safety first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required.

　　Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times

　　A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred .

　　Must be a safe worker on and off the job

　　Qualifications:

　　Bobcat certified, preferred

　　Valid driver's license CLASS A IS A PLUS

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 75 pounds

　　Working under extreme hot conditions
