Description:
Ability to evaluate and analyze complex information and document technical solutions, process flows while meeting with users to be able to communicate needs and requirements to IT developers (liaison between IT and the business)
To and maintain detail database, researched materials, research, design test plans and test as required.
Experience technical fields, software development, computer science, systems consulting, system on either PC based or mainframe systems.
Knowledge of micro/macro-economic & financial theory (or) strategic marketing theories/techniques (market research, strategic models) (or) industrial engineering/planning theory (or) project management best practices
Strong capacity for leading change, dealing with multiple decision making and creative solutions.
Prior experience working as part of an Agile team including various Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). Experience with backlog creation of features and user stories
Agile certification
Hands on experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) -
Strong analytical, communication and listening skills.
Strong quantitative analysis, project management and human relations.
Ability to prioritize and plan work based on multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience with accessing and processing data and/or similar data mining tools, i.e. SQL
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Job Descriptions: Bachelor's degree/equivalent preferably in MIS, business, computer science or a related discipline.
Two (2) years of experience in programing, systems consulting, systems analysis, or computer modeling on either PC based or mainframe systems.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and graphical presentation packages.
Basic Knowledge and understanding of PC’s, networking, and peripheral devices.
Experience in financial analysis and/or project management preferred.
Ability to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR ALL LEVELS
Bachelor's degree/equivalent, preferably in MIS, business, computer science, or a related discipline.
