HQ AFMC/A4NP manages the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Executing (PPBE) for Logistics IT and enables Agile Portfolio Transformation through Logistics Capability Initiatives.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Manger will support A4NP in the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process using the web-based Command Management System (CMS). Leverage personnel experience to evaluate funding requirements for Program Objective Memorandum (POM), yearly budget, funding execution plans, and all unfunded requirements processes for Operations and Maintenance (O&M), RDT&E, and procurement appropriation fund sources for accuracy and logical application. Program analysis requires a working knowledge of and experience with appropriation law and proper use of various funds as mandated through authorizations, appropriations, regulations, or other governance. Advisory and Assistance Support to the Government on the following tasks:Provide program analyses, support planning and programming activities in support of the HQ AFMC/A4/10 input to the Agile Combat Support (ACS) portfolio.Coordinate budget planning and formulation for all assigned logistics systems through coordination with logistics systems integrators, funds resource branch, the functional community and service providing program offices and will make updates to the Command Management System (CMS).Perform program evaluation and analysis, including but not limited to:Evaluation of inputs to program documentation, inputs for identification and development of program requirements or cost, schedule, technical, and program risks,Evaluation of program documentation for budget execution plans. program baselines; work breakdown structures; and program risk assessments;Provide evaluation and recommendations for Weapon System Sustainment requirements for Centralized Asset Management in the AFMC Portfolio in regards to risk weightings, assessment and preparing required documentation as part of the POM input.Assist with ensuring systems and upgrades are funded with correct appropriation, utilizing and applying working knowledge of financial systems to determine funding status.Review and analyze program financial transactions in the Automated Business Services System (ABSS) or Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS) and recommend updates or changes, as required.Review and analyze data and make recommendations on whether contract award documentation is compliant with fiscal regulations and laws.QualificationsClearance: Secret or ability to obtain a SecretMS/MA and ten (10) years of relevant experience or,BS/BA and twelve (12) years of relevant experience or,Fifteen (15) years of relevant work experienceExperience with appropriation law and proper use of various funds as mandated through authorizations, appropriations, regulations, or other governance is requiredExperience with the Microsoft Office SuiteMust be proficient with Microsoft Excel.Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Click here to get started.Credence Management Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
