　　What You'll DoAs part of the CoverMyMeds finance team, you'll work closely with yourteam members to support Business Unit financial planning and reporting. Theposition is responsible for:Support the Director of Operations FP&A and Director of Product FP&A inpreparation and interpretation of monthly financial reporting including keymetrics.Responsible for financial planning activities that yield accurate andstrategic forecast, budget, and long range plans.Provide timely, relevant, and accurate analysis financial results of thebusiness unit's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted andstrategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward theachievement of the budget and strategic plan.Provide proactive support with business leaders to drive profitability,monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators.Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives andmeasure business drivers and trends.Implement and support ongoing financial reporting and forecasting toolsdriving new insights and efficienciesThe candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of existing workprocesses as well as support the team with ad hoc analysis and specialprojects.

Success in this role requires a proactiveand hands-on professional who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial,and team-oriented environment. curiousBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field, required.4+ years' experience in Accounting and/or Financial Planning Analysiswith experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month end closeand budgets.Preferable candidate will have Manufacturing or Healthcare experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize.Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to quickly find patternsin data and interpret the impact of key business drivers.Energetic, flexible team player with ability to adapt in changing environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideasand information across functional groups and producing high-qualitydeliverables supporting business decisions.Confident and able to be influential and assertive.Customer centric with good empathy and social skills to work with BusinessUnits.Business Intelligence tool experience (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.ERP and Planning tool experience (SAP, SAC, Hyperion, or Epicor a plus).Ideally, the candidate would be located in DFW, Atlanta, Columbus, Longmont CO
