Position Description:
Performs central accounting and financial analysis functions according to established procedures.

Major/Essential Functions:
Assist in the development of office procedures and policies to support office sustainability.
Assist SOM team with assigned tasks and projects as assigned
Coordinate tasks in order to perform quarterly time studies.
Complete assigned monthly contract billing, coordinating invoice and support with departments, entering
AR and processing cash receipts.
Maintain Cash logs and support to account for all outstanding contract payments.
Maintain Contract Email Distribution, Vendor Outlook Contact lists and Box Updates.
Manage outstanding Payments Vendor Responses.
Prepare monthly billing review and allocation for State Uncompensated Care reimbursement and annual reporting.
Adhere to All TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.
Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP's values (Service, Respect,
Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
