　　We are a small, close-knit health insurance office dedicated to providing quality healthcare coverage to our clients. With a focus on personalized service and a commitment to improving the well-being of our community, we are looking to expand our team with an Entry-Level Treasury Analyst

　　Position Overview:

　　As an Entry-Level Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our health insurance office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about finance and eager to contribute to a collaborative and tight-knit team.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Prepare weekly customer claims funding requests

　　Run and reconcile reports from claim processing platform

　　Calculate weekly funding amounts based on funding arrangement specific to each individual customer

　　Draft claims funding notification emails to customers

　　Complete daily reconciliations of customer draw accounts; and research & resolve unreconciled transactions

　　Complete monthly administration updates to customer draw accounts

　　Respond to customer inquiries regarding claim funding

　　Support Billing department by drafting “upon approval”, “check payment” and “auto pull” funding email requests for customer administration invoices

　　Track details of customer claims funding by division

　　Identify and process check void / reissues

　　Process returned mail and track uncleared checks

　　Maintain current customer contact information in source systems

　　Improvement of finance processes, procedures, and documentation

　　Assist with other accounting projects as needed.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

　　Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

　　Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment.

　　Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work setting.
