We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in our Sioux Falls, SD office. This isnot a remote or hybrid role- we are looking for someone to work in the office on a daily basis. In this role, you will manage and assist with the daily operations of the FP&A department while driving process improvements within our fast-paced environment.

The Role
Analyze historical and current financial data and provide forecasting support
Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures and depreciation
Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Prepare and review annual budgets and financial and statistical forecasts
Works to improve internal and external financial reporting, dashboard metrics, and other real time data analysis.
Resolves errors in a systematic and consistent manner and ensures that agreed upon resolutions are implemented.
Complies with and maintains data integrity of confidential information, security policies and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with various departments
Act as a representative of the accounting / finance team
Elevate items as needed
Assist with various business development functions
Assist in development and preparation of operational reporting and KPI’s
Requirements
Must have experience in financial modeling, financial reporting and financial analysis
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Organized and driven while completing tasks independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can perform detailed work with large amounts of data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize deadlines as needed
Ability to work overtime as needed
