Description:
• Serve as a key point of contact to clients to provide them with timely and accurate data as requested regarding their special districts.
• Work closely with clients to ensure that they’re in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Administration of special districts includes database management, financial tracking, calculations of taxes and assessments.
• Analyze and manipulate large and complex data sets.
• Read and interpret various legislative code sections applicable to government and taxation requirements and procedures.
• Read and interpret various applicable legal documents related to Bonds of special districts; review and analyze funds; track current financial data to alert stakeholders in case of deviation, provide recommendations as necessary.
• Read and interpret maps and perform spatial analysis.
• Identify any potential issues, problems or liabilities.
• Analyze historical and current data.
• Work closely with various peers and project managers in providing excellent customer service to clients which includes producing high quality work product and include a thorough quality control review process prior to final product delivery.
• Prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service in a highly dynamic growth environment.
• Work effectively in a fast paced, evolving, entrepreneurial work environment.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor as business needs dictate.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a Financial Analyst, Accounting, Public Administration or other related role/experience desired
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Finance or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• Knowledge of and experience working with Special Financing Districts desired.
• Mathematics, financial and computer skills, especially relating to data analysis/management tools such as Excel, SQL, Access, etc.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word Skills and web-based information sources a must.
• Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills.
• Superior information management and time management skills
