　　Responsibilities

　　Production and review of annual and monthly ICAAP processes

　　Production of annual Recovery Plan process

　　Production and maintenance of Capital Adequacy processes

　　Ownership of control framework covering the processes

　　Production of materials for senior management review covering range of capital deliverables

　　Desired Skills

　　Significant experience of current and future banking regulation including the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR).

　　A proven ability to interpret; regulation, guidance, and standards to apply to the specific business model of the Intuition.

　　Experience in capital management in the context of both internal and external regulatory requirements.

　　A solid understanding of the ICAAP and ILAAP processes with experience in risk identification, scenario development, stress measurement.

　　Strong presentational skills with the ability to communicate complex areas in a concise manner that is at an appropriate level for Senior Management

　　Experience managing relationships with second and third lined functions and resolving situations where there are contrasting points of view.

　　Comfortable managing a team of professionals under a hybrid working model.

　　Highly structured in their approach to planning out team resources and managing deliverables to strict timelines.
