Description Robert Half is looking for a Finance Manager to support an established organization with their budgeting and forecasting processes. As the Finance Manager, you will be an individual contributor, directly supporting the CFO with system and process improvements. 　　Your responsibilities in this role • Support the monthly forecast, the monthly reporting and analysis, the annual operating plan, and the business planning process. Provide variance analysis and settle cause of change • Coordinate with internal business partners in the preparation, implementation, and compliance of management reporting & analysis requirements • Track and analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast performance • Drive improvements in financial reporting and analysis as well as requisite system requirements • Prepare break even and investment return analysis • Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed Requirements - Must have great interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

　　A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior accounting/finance position

　　Strong written and verbal skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment

　　Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting

　　Strong ability to use accounting software and other computer software
