Description

Robert Half, Management Resources is seeking a skilled Finance Manager consultant for a client in Irvine to provide financial support through the end of the year. This hybrid role will focus on collaborating with various departments, analyzing variances, and handling key month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will have strong P L skills and be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with multiple departments on a monthly basis to review budgets vs. actuals and analyze variances.

-Support month-end close activities, including accruals, prepaids, amortization, etc...

-Provide tactical financial insights and ensure accurate financial reporting.

-Analyze P L statements and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.

Requirements

-Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on P L analysis.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

-Comfortable working in a hybrid role with both onsite and remote responsibilities.
