Aston Carter is partnering with a large client in the Saint Paul, MN area seeking a Finance Manager for their team. This role will be a contract opportunity with potential for long term hire, and will be assisting the CFO with the 2024 Financial Audit. 　　Job Description:

　　Main responsibility will be to lead the company's annual financial audit

　　Help with preparing statements and footnotes in addition to keeping deliverables set to timeline

　　Assist with preparation of the annual report

　　Assist with ad hoc data gathering and reports to support the private equity investor

　　Review various reconciliations, preparing work papers and audit requests

　　Review and oversee balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Prepare consolidated monthly financial statements

　　Review accounting pronouncements and generate accounting memos

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Strong background in accounting, audit, or finance

　　Experience with Microsoft Office & building Power BI/Data Queries

　　Experience with ERP systems

　　Epicor ERP preferred, not required

　　Previous experience working in a contract or consulting role preferred, not required

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

　　5+ years' experience in operational/corporate accounting

　　Manufacturing experience preferred
