　　The Finance Administrator is a key member within the Finance Team,providing administrative support of Finance functions. The idealcandidate is an adaptable, highly professional individual with strongproblem solving, interpersonal, organizational support, and oral andwritten communication, skills.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Reviewing Expense Reports for accuracy and entering them into Mapics;

　　Accurately entering Freight invoices into Mapics;

　　Accurately entering other A/P invoices as needed;

　　Printing A/P invoices as needed;

　　Assisting with check/ACH process by matching invoices to checks inpreparation for check signers to review;

　　After checks are signed, processing checks for mailing; attaching whitecopy of check to appropriate invoices;

　　Maintaining check files by creating new files, accurately filing allchecks by number, and moving older checks to storage as appropriate;

　　Reviewing and releasing Mack South pricing holds;

　　Creating A/R credit memos;

　　Entering Mack South credits into Mapics system;

　　Maintaining master price list for Mack South.

　　Supporting Mack South AR billing;

　　Assisting Treasurer in obtaining Customer financial statements;

　　Learning various jobs in order to provide backup.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　An associate degree from an accredited college or university plus one tothree years of related experience and/or training is required for thisposition. An equivalent combination of education and experience may beconsidered. Successful candidates will have knowledge of variouscomputer software, including word processing, spreadsheet software,Microsoft Access, Agile, and ERP systems, and more specifically Mapics.
