Inthis entry level role, we will equip you with the proper training thatwill allow you to work efficiently in the field. Under supervision, yourdaily interactions will be customer facing, as you install and repairservices for our customers and educate them on proper use of theirSpectrum services and equipment. You will perform basic toinstallations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residentialcustomers, all while providing world-class customer service. The FieldTechnician will also be trained to complete reconnects. Work with handtools. Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management,organization, critical thinking, responsible/reliable. Abilities:Interpret analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices.Troubleshooting. Read, write, and speak the English language. Physical:Ability to walk over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather whilecarrying tools and equipment. Ability to safely use weight-bearingequipment within the maximum weight limitations of that equipment (345lbs). Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and climb ladders to a height of 32feet Working in confined spaces and at heights. Safely operate andnavigate a company vehicle in constant changing environments.
