　　Primary Purpose

　　Provide on-site supervision of equipment and personnel in a safe and conscientious manner providing value and customer satisfaction to internal and external customers.

　　Essential Functions and Responsibilities

　　Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

　　Supervises the site crew to ensure that work is performed according to consultant and client specifications; operates each job in the most efficient manner possible.

　　Oversees the safety of the crew to ensure that workers are wearing proper safety equipment and utilizing safe work practices.

　　Keeps client informed of job progress; answers client on-site questions and maintains good client relations.

　　Completes daily paperwork to track labor, equipment, supplies and materials used for billing purposes and other associated paperwork; keeps project manager apprised of changes in usage from contract.

　　Fills in for any crew position as needed.

　　Supervises emergency response crews when needed.

　　May participate in hiring, performance evaluation, disciplining, promotion and termination decisions.

　　Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent required.

　　Experience: Minimum three years hazardous waste field experience required.

　　Knowledge and Abilities: This is a safety sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. Must meet DOT requirements. Good knowledge and understanding of various federal, state and local industry-related regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
