　　The Fairview Heights Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Service Manager. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.

　　The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication.

　　Position Requirements:

　　High School Diploma

　　Intermediate Computer Skills

　　Previous Supervisor experience

　　Planning, organizing and leadership skills

　　Ability to take initiative, achieve results and meet deadlines

　　Calm, polite, and professional behavior

　　Reliable and self-motivated

　　Strong customer service skills

　　Strong interpersonal skills

　　Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
