　　The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.

　　You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.

　　This position is part of the Customer Care function located in Galicia and will be remote.

　　You will report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service. If you thrive in an amazing role and want to work to build a world-class service organization.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team. This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part our culture to develop and grow our teams.

　　Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in keys projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our company

　　Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering

　　Recommended experience of three years in a similar role

　　Fluent in Spanish and very good English

　　Valid driving license to travel on daily basis to our customers

　　Flexibility to travel also to other geographical areas to support other team members

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
