　　According to provided guidelines and Standard Operation Procedures with the supplied tools to do onsite installation, repair, test, maintenance. 导和标准操作程序，使用适当提工具进行现场装机、维修、测试以及预防性维护。

　　Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering maintenance training, knowledge sharing, answering questions and concerns and technical support. 维护培训、知识分享、回答问题和担忧、技术支持始终如一地提供更好的客户服务体验。

　　Proactively building up customer relationships and promoting product warranty sales. 推进产品保修的销售。

　　Manage and maintain relations with distributors service person and set up communication community to deliver the service knowledge. 工程师的关系，建立沟通渠道，传递服务知识。

　　Identify specific technical issues in close cooperation with sales team and customers.Effectively promotes the company image, improving customer satisfaction. Assist related user product complaints.
