About the Role
The Field Sales Representative will focus on bringing on the best restaurants in our most strategic markets that fit our partnership criteria, and they'll leverage their skills in cold calling, emailing and driving internal processes to set up our restaurant partnerships for success. You will also help with projects involving new and innovative tools and systems being launched internally - as well as take on a leading role within the sales team assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, tool implementation and any other necessary sales projects!
Please note this role will require a lot of travelling to local cities.
What You'll Do:
Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with the NL top-tiered restaurants across strategically selected territories.Drive sales strategy in line with your local territory strategyManage complex contract negotiations, specifically including sustainable economics for both parties, with knowledgeable and experienced prospects.You will manage the whole sales cycle, including cold calls, pitching, negotiation, & onboarding.Help craft and redesign processes to ensure Uber Eats can move quickly and succeed at large scaleClearly communicate the value of Uber and its newest products to prospects.Coordinate restaurant activation by working with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth restaurant experience.Help coach, develop and train sales reps in order to maximise productivity across the group.
What You'll Need:
1+ year experience of SMB sales at a comparable company, achieving top-of-the-bill resultsExperience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closureConfidence in building great relationships with partners & ability to win new business over the phone and/or in the fieldRelentlessly target-driven and self-motivatedA people person, you love talking to people and getting prospects excitedYou have extraordinary listening and communication skills, both verbally and written. You are able to adjust your communication style to a wide variety of audiencesYou are comfortable at managing your own time and have clear prioritisation skillsWorking knowledge of how to use Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systemsFluency in Dutch and English
