　　SALARY: $50,000-$60,000 ($70,000 potential annual wages including OT, bonus, etc.)

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Work duties include nursery trial design, organization, seed processing, planting, plot maintenance, harvest, equipment operation, data collection and processing, irrigation, and pesticide application.

　　Work in a team and autonomously to complete work and provide agricultural research program support.

　　Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, facility, and property to Anheuser-Busch standards.

　　Interact with Maintenance Dept. performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment repairs.

　　Data collection on the barley research trials.

　　Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company and government (e.g. LOTO, Work Permits, etc.).

　　7-10 weeks domestic travel to ND and MN while pulling equipment at 1-3 weeks per trip, OT generously available.

　　JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Knowledge and understanding of basic plant breeding, and experimental agricultural research practices.

　　Farm experience is preferred.

　　BS degree preferred in agriculture, breeding, genetics, plant science or related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience considered.

　　Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office proficiency.

　　Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.

　　Ability to work overtime as necessary. Must be able to work outside in varying temperatures, climates and dust.

　　Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL.

　　Ability to obtain a drone license within the first year of employment.

　　Ability to obtain a North Dakota commercial applicators license.
