As a Field Marketing & Events Associate/Specialist at Botkeeper, you will be the driving force behind our field marketing initiatives and event participation. Your role is crucial in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and creating memorable experiences through well-planned and executed marketing events.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Plan and execute a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, aligning with overall marketing objectives.

　　Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, promotional materials, and staffing.

　　Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop event-specific marketing strategies and materials.

　　Track and analyze event performance, utilizing feedback and data to measure ROI and inform future event strategies.

　　Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event quality and reach.

　　Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to schedules.

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience in field marketing, event planning, and execution, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

　　Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously.

　　Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of audiences.

　　Creative and strategic thinker, with a focus on delivering memorable and impactful event experiences.

　　Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

　　Salary Range:
