About Field Learning and Strategy Manager - Dunkin'

  As a Dunkin’ Field Learning Strategy Manager, you will be a part of a fun, exciting culture that goes beyond training. Partnering with your Dunkin’ colleagues, you will use your experience and expertise to support our Franchisees through implementing and training national & regional initiatives.

  Passion for success and building strong relationships with Field Operations, Franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders will be the foundation to influencing a culture centered around high performance and accountability which embodies our values and delivers on our brand promise.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  Leads all learning activities for new initiatives including product rollouts, guest service initiatives, processes, technology, and systems.

  Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences consistently using effective adult learning principles.

  Presents content during regional meetings and training sessions with the Above Restaurant Leader audience.

  Utilize project management tools and disciplines to execute project processes, including risk management, issues resolution, change management, quality assurance, and document management.

  Drives engagement in support of the initiative to influence franchisees to embrace the needed change within their business unit.

  Actively partners to build relationships with cross-functional team members, franchisees, and their above restaurant leaders to influence adoption of training principles.

  Collaborates with field team to diagnose root causes for knowledge gaps, operational and training problems, and articulate potential solutions.

  Acts as an ongoing Subject Matter Expert for franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders on initiatives.

  Participates in meetings with franchisees and cross-functional teams to strategize market and network plans, and provide expertise and consulting as needed.

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  Required Minimum: 4-year degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, Human Resources, or multi-unit management experience required.

  5-7 years of Experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit management.

  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and multitasking.

  Must be able to build credibility and trusting relationships.

  Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

  Project Management skills.

  Strong organizational and planning skills.

  Ability to influence & persuade without authority.

  Demonstrates strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

  Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or equivalent.

  Ability to conduct meetings and facilitate effective and engaging training in person and virtually via Zoom or equivalent.

  Sound business judgment and decision-making skills.

  Change management skills.

  Strong presentation skills.

  Recognizes and provides feedback on better and innovative ways to accomplish objectives.

  Helps identify and resolve project-related risks and issues.
