A well known communications company is looking to add a new Fiber lead technician to work for their team traveling the Midwest. This position will involve removing and installing new cabling. This is role with the ability to lead a small crew. They offer benefits, 401k, bonuses and the ability to grow with the company.

　　Job Description

　　Ability to splice fiber for larger projects

　　lead a small crew of individuals

　　Terminate Cat 6 and Fiber cable (If the candidate does not know how to do this they will just move him to different site)

　　Pull cat 6 cable in new and existing structures

　　Clean/ maintain job site

　　Must be okay with working on ladders and scissor lifts

　　Pay

　　$25-$35/hr based off experience
