Workers will plant in greenhouses, aswell as plant and transplant crops in fields. Workers will perform fieldwork of hand weeding, thinning and hoeing, as well as other dutiesrelated to planting, maintaining and harvesting of crops. Workers arerequired to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time in allweather. Workers must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds independentlyand up to 100 pounds with assistance. Workers must be willing to work invaried weather ranging from extremely cold in the spring/fall as well ashot, humid rainy weather in the summer.
