　　Responsibilities

　　Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking a board certified / board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a physician led organization in a collegial department. Join a culture with a multidisciplinary care model and one that allow adequate time for visits and non-visit care time.

　　Position details:

　　Full-time position in an outpatient only practice

　　No OB.

　　Practice includes newborn to geriatric care

　　Flexible scheduling, Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm

　　Partnership and oversight of Advanced Practice Practitioners

　　Expectation to participate and lead practice improvement around quality & safety

　　Expectation to teach medical students and grow scholarly activity

　　Future opportunities for departmental & institutional leadership

　　Qualifications: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
