People who want to make a difference.Electrical Maintainer - Faircrest Plant position is responsible for performing all types of electrical preventative and predictive maintenance, equipment and system troubleshooting, repair and work in and about the plant. This position will require working a rotational and flexible shift.Employees in this position are responsible for but not limited to the following:* Be a motivated team member responsible for constructing and maintaining assets of a world-class manufacturing facility.* Complete work assignments with instructions, drawings and/or sketches for proactive and reactive electrical maintenance work.* Analyses working procedures and determine the applicable tools and equipment needed to complete the work safely and efficiently.* Works in plant or shop as required.* Ability to work with different PLC based systems, read logic and program devices.* Troubleshoot and repair power distribution and/or hydraulic systems.* Diagnose the source of trouble on an assortment of production, auxiliary, or service equipment within the facilities by applied skills to inspect and test for faulty operation.* Work with systems of equipment and components that consist of items such as fans, blowers, pumps, power transmission, hydraulic components, hoists, and other electrical assets.* Experience with electrical construction techniques, such as conduit bending, mounting of conduit and electrical components, as well as install computer and communications based system installations.* Familiarity with the National Electric codes, OSHA safety requirements including sub part R&S, and arc flash protection requirements.* Dismantle, clean, inspect, rebuild, repair, replace, install, assemble, adjust, align, and lubricate equipment at the plant using modern and innovative tools. This includes mechanical and electrical components on cranes and other assets.* Assist other maintenance and operating personnel to improve and maintain the reliability of production equipment.* Operate overhead electric crane and mobile equipment to lift and transport materials, tools, equipment, and parts to complete the work.* Perform miscellaneous duties such as completing inspection forms, erect riggings for movement, or lifting of heavy electrical and mechanical equipment, while maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean and orderly work area for safe and efficient asset management.* Demonstrate ability to problem solve.* Familiar with welding, cutting and brazing techniques of metal components.Physical Requirements:* Ability to work at heights of 50 feet up to 100 feet* Ability to work in confined spaces* Ability to lift 75 pounds at one time, 50 pounds multiple times a day* Ability to operate cranes, trucks or motor vehicles* Ability to work in extreme temperatures* Must be able to distinguish basic shades and colorsQualified candidates will have:* At least a high school diploma/GED.
