　　The University of Chicago\'s Department of Radiology is searching forfull-time faculty members at any rank. Appointees will haveresponsibilities in adult and pediatric neuroradiology including brain,head and neck, and spine as well as have supervisory roles in otherminor procedures. Participation in a variety of multidisciplinaryconferences is expected. Other duties will include teaching andsupervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Appointeeswill have access to a full complement of advanced imaging procedures.Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringebenefits) are dependent upon qualifications.

　　The University of Chicago Medicine is a Level 1 Adult and PediatricTrauma Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Care Center, and a referral centerfor numerous neurologic and otolaryngologic disorders.

　　Faculty members have dedicated academic time to develop researchinterests in collaboration with faculty in the Department\'s strongbasic science group as well as other clinical and basic science facultyin departments across the Biological Sciences Division and with facultyin other Divisions, Schools, and Institutes at the University ofChicago. 　　Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have amedical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medicallicensure in the State of Illinois, 3) be Board certified or eligible inRadiology, and 4) have completed a fellowship in neuroradiology orequivalent.
