JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Responsible for assigning of activities required to maintain, repair, or replace the various operational systems in the buildings; directs the activities of special projects; purchases equipment and supplies required for equipment and facilities' care and maintenance. 

　　Responsible for maintaining with the GM of River Place Shops the personnel records and programs including employment requirements, training procedures, training reviews, salary administration, performance evaluations, termination and attendance records to assure compliance with personnel policies.

　　Work with BIL Chief Engineer to establish and implement the necessary preventative maintenance programs and major cleaning tasks requiring the upkeep of equipment for facilities.

　　Maintains building security from internal theft or property damage.  Works closely with appropriate individuals (GM) to provide maximum security for the facility.

　　Responsible for scheduling manpower to handle snow and ice removal and assures that the proper number of employees are scheduled.  Orders snow removal supplies and equipment as needed.

　　Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
