Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Demonstrates and promotes the company vision * Regular attendance andpunctuality * Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, asappropriate * Ability to work unsupervised, a self-starter, working ina team environment and able to handle deadline pressure. * Performemergency machine repairs as needed, facility wide. * Rebuild machineryas needed facility wide. * Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, plumbing andmechanical problems and take corrective action. * Read electrical,hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, and understand symbols * UnderstandPLC operation, use PLC interface to diagnose PLC problems and affectproper corrective actions. * Understand facility processes and use thatknowledge to diagnose maintenance problems. * Aid in development andinstallation of new or rebuilt equipment. * Troubleshoot a variety oflaboratory equipment such as: chillers, shakers, water-baths, pumps,valves or any other automated or manual equipment. * Accurately logdetails of shift on daily maintenance planner. * Carry out preventive /predictive maintenance (P.M.\'s) on facility equipment while documentingissues or updates to the program. * Completing work orders in a timelymanner. * Interface with all department supervisors and employees onequipment performance and maintenance requirements. * Maintaincompliance with all regulatory standards, including GMP, OSHA, FDA, EPA,DEA and other state and local codes. * Follow all Company policies andprocedures. * Promote a safe, secure and positive work environment forall members. * Ability to comply with any applicable personalprotective equipment requirements. * Regular and reliable attendance.* Performs other duties as assigned * Conducts all activities in asafe and efficient manner * Performs other duties as assignedQualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
