As a Facility Maintenance Specialist your days will be busy as you perform tasks associated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry in support of property management activities. Also a part of the job is to assist with installing, servicing and repairing of equipment. To qualify for this job, you must have a mechanical, electrical or plumbing license certificate, and a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
