　　Salary Range:Between $19.50 and $25.50 based on skills and experience with opportunity to increase as your skills and knowledge expand.

　　The Shift:Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

　　On Call:Once every 8 weeks for a duration of 1 week

　　The Role:

　　As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our state-of-the-art facilities. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong desire to further advance your knowledge, grow and take on additional responsibilities. 　　Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on utilities, equipment, systems installed at LeeSar facilities.This position has a strong focus on commercial appliance repair.Demonstrates competency with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in one or more of the following areas: electrical distribution systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, Emergency Power Supply Systems, electronics equipment, electromechanical systems, plumbing systems and pipe fitting, HVAC systems, commercial appliance repair, Fire Safety Systems, Security and access control systems, utility systems, and/or general building maintenance.Successful Candidate Will Possess:

　　High School diploma or equivalent requiredMust have a minimum of 2 years of applicable working experience, in a facility maintenance related field.Read and speak English with enough fluency to accurately perform job duties and to clearly communicate any safety issues.Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Florida.Ability to set priorities and complete assignments on time.Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematics, and service manuals as needed to perform required maintenance work.Ability to work successfully as both a member of a team and independently with minimal supervision.Ability to obtain/maintain certification for required powered industrial equipment use.Bells and Whistles:
