About Facilities Maintenance Technician

  Description:

  M-F 7:45am-4:30pm(45 minute lunch) Occasionally overnight or weekend shifts. (Very Rare)

  Maintenance Technician III (5-10 years Experience)

  Looking for a Jack of All Trades Handy individual who has well rounded experience with:

  Electrical (Can install, change, or fix outlets. Troubleshoot any electrical issues within the building)

  Plumbing (Needs to know basics of plumbing and diagnosing issues)

  Carpentry (Perform Minor carpentry on Dutch Bro's facility if needed.

  HVAC (Performs HVAC servicing at different client locations)

  Servicing all drink machines (Espresso, mixers, will be trained by company)

  Mechanically inclined

  Maintenance Technician II (1-3 Years Experience)

  Everything mentioned in the Tech III position but more of a basic understanding.

  MT II will be responsible for maintaining Dutch Bros specific equipment (Drink machines, espresso machines, etc.)

  MT II & III will both be trained on the specific equipment Dutch Bros is running to make their drinks.

  Skills:

  Electrical, Hvac, Plumbing, Carpentry, Troubleshooting, Repair, building maintenance, Hand and power tools, Drywall, Construction, Janitorial duties, Maintenance technician, Hand tool, Painting

  Top Skills Details:

  Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  Clean DMV Record (Company Car to Sites)

  EPA Universal (Not Required but nice to have)

  Maintenance Certifications (Not Required but nice to have)

  For Maintenance Technician II: 1-3 years Experience

  For Maintenance Technician III: 3-10 years experience
