　　Job Description

　　The primary responsibility of the position is to perform routine andpreventative maintenance at all facilities to include space planning, workstation alterations, and furniture moves. Additional responsibilities wouldinclude assisting senior level positions in the troubleshooting, diagnosticsand repairs on buildings, HVAC systems, fire systems, furnishings,corporate vehicles, grounds maintenance and equipment maintenance. Workswith contractors and vendors to validate that work is completed ascommitted, and are consistent with service level agreements (SLA).Assist vendors in the completion of projects as required.

　　Essential FunctionsConducts building maintenance by performing routine and preventativemaintenance at all facilities to include space planning, work stationadjustments, and furniture moves.Assists vendors/contractors with building access and to assist withcontracted jobs as needed.Assists with the maintenance of corporate vehicles.Assists with periodic inspections at assigned facilities.Assists with unexpected emergencies such as power outages, equipmentfailures, damage to buildings, security breaches, water and sewerdamage. May be assigned to be on-call after hours.Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies andprocedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Formal Qualifications for this PositionHigh School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.2+ years' experience in an industrial, commercial, or facilitiesoperations setting.

　　Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in arelevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of abachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience couldbe substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accountingwork experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of workexperien

　　Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

　　Comprehensive understanding of skills associated with one or more of thefollowing areas: Carpentry, Electrical systems, Fire/Safety systems,Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, and Grounds Maintenance.Understanding of preventive maintenance requirements for motor vehicles.Knowledge and skill in the types and uses of small hand-held tools & powertools.Knowledge of safety practices and procedures followed in connection withmaintenance tasks including, but not limited to electrical, HVAC, andplumbing systems, machine operation, climbing equipment (ladders,scaffolds, rigging, etc), hand tools, chemical solvents, and cleaning agents.Ability to comprehend and learn state and local laws, rules,regulations, and codes relevant to the trade.Ability to maintain records.Ability to perform basic math.Ability to read and interpret such documents as technical and equipmentoperation manuals, plans, specifications, blueprints, etc.Ability to follow written and oral instructions.Able to communicate details of a situation clearly and concisely.
