　　What We're Looking ForB.Arch or M.Arch Architecture, BS or MS in Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering For professionals with specialized Master-Level certification: BS in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, B.Arch in Architecture, or related field8+ years of relevant professional experienceProfessional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). As certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this titleCandidates must have achieved previous designation as Principal at ECS or hold similar designation from competitor firmCandidate may be designated as a Principal as outlined in ECS Senior Technical Staff Policies and Procedures. 12+ years of professional experience and board endorsement required for Principal designation
