Strategic Facilities Leadership: Spearhead the evaluation, advice, coordination, and resolution of challenges in the ever-evolving realm of FSM.
Operational Maestro: Take charge of managing facilities and ensuring seamless operations, setting the gold standard for our CDAO facilities.
Innovative Standards Implementation: Craft and implement forward-thinking facilities standards, guaranteeing optimal day-to-day operations and maintaining top-notch systems.
Collaboration Extraordinaire: Work closely with the CDAO Facilities Team, providing expert advice, and ensuring contractors/vendors deliver excellence.
Parking Wizard: Serve as the Parking Coordinator and Liaison, processing requests with finesse and coordinating hang tags for our vibrant CDAO community.
Tech Savvy Space Management: Provide technical guidance to the Chief and Deputy Chief of Security, contributing to the dynamic world of Digital and Artificial Intelligence.
Ambassadorial Role: Embrace the role of OCDAO ambassador, collaborating with team members to define and validate operational space requirements.
Project Dynamo: Take charge of implementing plans, directing administrative facets of facility projects, and managing renovations of office spaces and data processing facilities.
What We're Looking For:
Experience Maven: 5-7 years of relevant experience, showcasing your prowess in facility operations at multiple locations.
Project Virtuoso: Proven track record in managing multi-year facility projects, from renovations to office relocations.
Tech Whiz: Familiarity with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and expertise in coordinating design and alterations to spaces.
Innovative Mindset: Develop recommendations and solutions for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and space management matters.
Organizational Maestro: Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask seamlessly.
Confidentiality Champion: Uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality in all dealings.
Communication Guru: Showcase excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and leadership courage.
Tech Toolkit: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook is a must; bonus points for AutoCAD proficiency.
Team Player: Thrive both independently and as a collaborative force within our dynamic team.
Education: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or field.
Security Savvy: Hold a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI.
