　　Job Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:30 AM) / 9/80

　　Job Description:

　　The Fabricration Technichian is responsible for performing finishing methods used in industrial settings and manufacturing environments to remove burrs and sharp edges on parts created by machines.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Deburr and buff sheet metal and copper parts. Along with assisting with material handling, holding, lifting, retrieving parts.

　　Able to work for sustained periods of time in the standing position, be capable of reading, comprehending and complying with Work Instruction Process Sheets and Blueprints.

　　Work independently and have a degree of initiative for resolve issues within the shop.

　　Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety regulations.

　　Understanding and following verbal instructions.

　　Reading an comprehending written materials.

　　Able to work overtime as needed.

　　Perform additional tasks as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Requires developing job knowledge/skills typically obtained through a combination of education and experience.

　　Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four (4) years of prior fabrication experience.

　　2 years Post-Secondary/Associates Degree with zero-two (0-2) years of prior fabrication experience.

　　Must have knowledge of basic Math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)

　　Must be able to lift and carry up to 32 lbs.

　　Requires bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, turning, and pushing/pulling of heavy parts, standing or walking 80% of the time, ability to see with or without corrective lenses.

　　Preferred Additional Skills:

　　Experience with shop floor control along continuous improvement exposure.
